With a reputation for high-quality manufacturing and a strong order book, they are looking to expand their team with additional Assembly Operatives to support production.

Job Duties:

• Assemble small mechanical and electrical components to a high standard.

• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.

• Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment safely and effectively.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.

• Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Work to production targets and deadlines while keeping quality first.

• Report any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors promptly.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting

• Previous experience using a microscope for assembly and testing is desirable (Full training will be provided)

• Comfortable working with small components and using hands tools

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
