We are looking for skilled assembly operatives to join our well-established client based in Waterbeach. You will use your understanding of technical drawings and strong manual dexterity skills to help achieve company targets. This position is a standing bench based role where you will use a variety of hand and power tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working to fulfil requirements based on job cards. This includes traceability and signing off op’s

• Following technical drawings to assemble products in line with company standards

• Ensuring correct techniques are carried out for each part of the builds in line with company standards

• Using power tools such as drills safely and competently

• Following health and safety policies

• Ensuring workstations are kept clean and tidy

• Ensuring equipment is well maintained

What we are looking for:

• Previous assembly experience is essential

• An understanding of reading technical drawings/diagrams

• Being able to follow verbale and written instructions

• Strong manual dexterity

• To take pride in your work and show a keen eye for detail

• Previous experience with hand and power tools
