Job Duties:

·        Communicate with new and existing customers and keep them informed on any updates regarding offers or company news

·        Buildand maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships

·        Identify customer needs to result in effective solutions and encourage sales

·        Prepare reports on account status

·        Answer any customer queries and manage expectations

·        Process orders and take payments

·        Updatecustomer records on the company database

·        Liaise and assist the field sales team and achieve any company goals

·        General office support

What we are looking for:

·        Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development of 2+ years

·        Strong attention to details

·        Ability to build relationships with clients

·        Good organisational skills
