Working exclusively with our client for 2 Production Line Leaders. To be suitable for this vacancy you will have experience of leading a production line in either a food or a fresh produce environment.

What we are looking for:

• Promote and maintain hygiene, health, safety
• Manage accurate records within the packhouse environment
• Concise reporting on operational issues
• Implement Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans
• Plan production schedules for efficient line operation
• Coordinate products and resources to meet customer demand
• Sorting, Grading and Packing
• Supervise the identification, selection and preparation of fresh products
• Supervise packaging of product to agreed specifications within shelf life requirements
• Ensure line meets production targets and food safety requirements
• Ensure routine maintenance and checks are performed appropriately
• Operate food processing/packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Develop self and others to maximise individual/team performance
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies in the workplace

Candidates must have:

• Demonstrable experience at a line leader / supervisory level within FMCG or Fresh Produce
• Food safety level 2
• H&S including COSHH
