We are working with a Manufacturing business in St Ives who are looking for a Machine Operative who has experience in Die cutting / Hot Foil Stamping. To be successful for this position you must have had previous experience with debossing, embossing, cutting and creasing. Any experience with blanking would also be beneficial but is not essential.

Early shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 1:30pm, Friday’s 5:30am – 11am
Mid Shift: Monday – Thursday, 1:30pm – 9:30pm, Friday’s 11am – 4:30pm
Late shift: Monday – Thursday 9:30pm – 5:00am

Duties will include:

• Operating the Machinery to produce final products
• Embossing, Debossing, blanking on the machines
• Ensuring working to a high standard
• Adhering to all health & safety guidelines
• Ensuring that work is completed to production deadlines

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in Die cutting, Foil stamping, Creasing, Embossing, Debossing
• Experience with blanking would be beneficial
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Confident and working and meeting deadlines / targets
• Strong communication skills
