Credit Controller

Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the credit control process.

Requirements
- Previous experience in finance and credit control
- Strong communication skills
- Great customer service
- Excellent numeracy skills
Duties:
- Chase for cash collections and communicate with customers regarding any debt queries
- Allocate daily cash as received – cheques or electronic payments
- Raising invoices and issue credit notes
- Liaise with other departments to address account or invoice issues
- Communicate across departments to gather customer account information
- Assist with prompt collections through issuing statements, sending letters, making phone calls
