Requirements

• Previous experience in finance and credit control
• Strong communication skills
• Great customer service
• Excellent numeracy skills

Duties:

• Chase for cash collections and communicate with customers regarding any debt queries
• Allocate daily cash as received – cheques or electronic payments
• Raising invoices and issue credit notes
• Liaise with other departments to address account or invoice issues
• Communicate across departments to gather customer account information
• Assist with prompt collections through issuing statements, sending letters, making phone calls
