We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our wonderful client base.

Duties will include:

• Management of the nominal ledger
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Ensuring all accounting ledgers are kept up to date and accurate
• Assist in preparation of weekly profit and loss forecast
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Supporting senior management team with decision making
• Dealing with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including PAYE & VAT
• Preparing for year-end audit process
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Assist in re-forecasting process
• Assist with cash flow management and reporting

Skills and Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced Finance team
• Hold an accounting qualification or working towards (for example AAT or CIMA)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft systems including Excel
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on
• Desire to advance in your career
