Duties will include:

• Communicating effectively and professional to your portfolio of clients
• Preparation of year end accounts
• Preparation and submissions of financial statements
• Completing corporation to set deadline
• Completion of personal tax and self-assessment tax returns
• Processing P11Ds
• Providing advice and support to your clients on their accounts
• Oversee aspects of bookkeeping when required
• Knowledge of current regulatory framework around small and micro entities
• Liaising with HMRC to solve client queries

Skills and Experience Required:

• Fully qualified or part qualified Accountant – AAT Level 4, ACCA, ICAEW or similar
• Previous experience of working within practice accounts
• Strong and effective communication skills both verbally and written
• Xero knowledge preferred but not essential
• Friendly and approachable manner towards the team
