Please note as you will be working within an education setting, you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef with simple meal preparation.
• Working with the chef to ensure the daily running of the kitchen is kept as smooth as possible.
• Follow all food hygiene regulations.
• Ensure all stock is rotated and controlled.
• Always ensure the kitchen mains the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Pot washing.
• Front of house duties – serving meals.

What we are looking for:

• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK Driving License and Access to own Vehicle
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience working within the catering / hospitality industry
• Customer service skills
• Enthusiastic and a “can do” attitude.
• Satisfactory Reference
• Good communication skills
