Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve good quality and well-presented meals to our client’s customers
• Working with general assistants to ensure the daily running of the kitchen is kept as smooth as possible
• Follow all food hygiene regulations
• Ensure all stock is rotated and controlled
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu
• Always ensure the kitchen mains the highest standards of cleanliness

What we are looking for:

• Right to work in the UK
• UK Driving License
• DBS certificate (child & adult workforce)
• Previous professional cooking experience
• Good communication skills
• Satisfactory references
