Sales Coordinator

Location: Ely

Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – flexible start and finish times
Reward: £22,500 - £23,000
Start: ASAP

Duties:

  • Prepare customer quotations
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Price calculations
  • Project work
  • Dealing with customer enquires
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Forecasting (training will be provided)
  • Arranging dispatch of goods
  • Dealing with key customer accounts

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Sales experience (desirable)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good use of MS Office
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Enjoys being responsible for own workload
