Recruitment For Employers

At Busy Bee Recruitment we understand what it means to have key people within your organisation.

We know how important our industry knowledge and expertise is to you, the client. So we take time to attend regular market insight conferences and seminars, whilst also gaining a thorough understanding of your organisation through consultation visits.

Recruitment services for employers

One bad hire could mean training costs and much needed time wasted, to avoid this we thoroughly vet our candidates prior to sending you their profiles. Our recruitment service ultimately aims to ensure not only fill your vacancies, but to find long term employment solutions and staff who will grow within your business over coming years.

Our screening process is thorough, with every candidate we have a face to face consultation; with the ability to test via DISC profiling. We spend time ensuring that we find the right culture and team fit for your organisation, eliminating candidates who are not skilled enough for your role or show lack of commitment to a new career.

The marketplace for good quality candidates is extremely competitive, our recruitment services ensure the best access to those seeking work:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter status
  • Access to CV’s via major job boards including Reed, CV Library and Indeed
  • Member of the Cambridge Network
  • Retaining a healthy database of active job seekers.

We do not forget about you once the deal is done, we follow up on our candidates throughout the first 3 months of their new career. This proves to be the time new employees feel most vulnerable in their new positions. Our friendly advice during this time proves invaluable.

Retained Recruitment Services

With the experience of providing retained services to many large organisations, we understand that where there is volume recruitment a retained service often proves the most cost effective. You may ask how does this work, let me explain.

A monthly fee for recruitment services would be charged. A fixed fee agreed over 12 months, and any recruitment performed over this time, would be included in the monthly fee with no other associated costs.

Our recruitment services on a retained agreement are served by a dedicated Account Manager. When a new role comes in you will be the number one priority, giving you efficient and cost effective results. All of our retainers are held on a exclusive basis.

As a retained client you will also be given the opportunity to advertise your company on our website for FREE. Just think of all the visitors seeing your brand every day!

Fixed term contract and interim services

We understand at Busy Bee Recruitment that you’re not always seeking a permanent member of staff, and a short term solution may be more appropriate. We provide short fixed term contracts for a multitude of reasons:

  • Maternity cover
  • Skills shortage
  • Peak seasonal periods
  • Long term sickness
  • Getting to know a member of staff before a permanent contract

We treat our fixed term contract vacancies like a permanent role, the vetting practice is the same and the screening process just as thorough. We understand these people need to hit the ground running and start making an immediate impact on your business.

Very often interim placements are needed at short notice. For us to offer you an efficient but professional service, we retain a ‘hot candidate list’ of suitable employees ready to start work, almost immediately. We offer two references for every candidate placed in an interim role, and the minimum time you would need to employ them for is 4 weeks.
