Seeking an Administrator – Liverpool

This is an exciting position working at the Head Office of our client, supporting the training function across the business you will be responsible for keeping training records up to date and managing a vast MS Excel spreadsheet, therefore previous use of MS Excel is essential. This location of this position is accessible by train and public transport therefore there is no need to drive for this position.

Start: ASAP
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £8.50 – £9.50 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Duration: On-going

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing MS Excel spreadsheet (training log)
  • Organisation of training courses for staff across the UK
  • Keeping a log of multiple site training for Legionella, Manual Handling, COSSH
  • Liaising with site managers to confirm when training certificates have expired
  • Booking relevant courses
  • Building relationships with course providers
  • Reception cover on an ad hoc basis as and when required

Knowledge and Experience:

  • MS Excel intermediate use is essential for this role (Formulas, Spreadsheet management)
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan a heavy workload
