- Carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making and data cleansing
- Conducting research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK
- Working with organisations in tech, education, manufacturing and professional services
- Responsible for making 80-100 calls per day to prospective customers
- The team is 10 in size and very customer focused, so quality is at the forefront of everything they do
Skills and Experience:
- Good telephone manner and happy to make a high volume of calls daily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work to targets, call volumes, conversations and leads
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Able to work efficiently and effectively
