We have an exciting opportunity for a social media & content Executive to join our client who has an excellent reputation within their industry and who has been running for over 30 years. To be successful for this position you must have a vast amount of experience within social media and marketing and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience working within accommodation or property would be an advantage too.

You will hold strong experience within social media management and enjoy the design aspects of a marketing role. You will have had experience of being responsible for all social media platforms, working solely to come up with new and creative ideas to put across all channels. You will have a keen interest to keep up with the latest trends.

Duties include:

  • Creative copywriting and rich media production
  • Create and upload written content for the company for all social media platforms
  • Ensure that all social media platforms are regularly updated
  • Ability to create and edit video content for social media platforms
  • Create, design and launch marketing campaigns
  • Increase audience reach on social media accounts
  • Analysing social media success rate and implementing areas for improvements
  • Using programmes such as google analytics, WordPress, Canva, photoshop, illustrator and mailchimp
  • Manage social media group pages
  • Respond to all message enquiries through social media in a timely manner
  • Create and analyse reports from marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships with new influencers for collaboration
  • Working closely with Design agencies and print and digital companies
  • Keep up to date with current social media and digital trends
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager with regards to Budgets

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar position
  • Ideally CIM qualified however not essential as long as proven experience
  • Strong understanding of social media scheduling and reporting tools
  • Practical experience of creating and managing social media channels and campaigns
  • Confident at using Canva, Photoshop and illustrator
  • Excellent written skills and able to produce engaging content
  • Passionate about marketing and interested in social media platforms
  • Confidently create Video content
  • Previous experience maintaining website content using Wordpress and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised to be able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
