Sales and Customer Support Administrator

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Support Administrator to join an established manufacturing organisation based North of Cambridge. This role will be supporting the UK customers with processing orders, handling enquiries and providing product knowledge and advice. Training on the products will be provided but we are seeking candidates who hold strong administration skills that can also demonstrate excellent customer service.


  • Responding to customer queries via the phone and email
  • Processing orders through the system
  • Creating and sending invoices to customers
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Liaising with Production and Dispatch to advise customers on lead times for deliveries
  • Responding to any delays of customers orders
  • Maintaining and updating customers files on the system
  • Upselling to customers
  • Providing product knowledge and advice to customers
  • General administrative duties

Skills and Experience Required:
