Wanted! Concrete experts who can handle the daily grind without cracking under pressure – bonus points if you're not afraid to cement your place in the industry! We are looking for a production team leader to assist the production supervisor. You will be joining the team which specialise in bespoke concrete moulding and overseeing the process from manufacturing the mould to demoulding the product.

What we are looking for:

• Experience of team leadership within manufacturing, reading technical drawings and managing production schedules
• Have a hands on approach to leadership
• Experience with concrete products is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to build relationships within a team.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Good knowledge of MS packages (word, excel etc)

Responsibilities of the role:

• Become an ‘expert’ of knowledge for the team.
• Assisting Preparation, filling, and de-moulding of concrete moulds
• Monitor production to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
• Assist with admin & training and development.
• Promote health and safety within the workplace.
• Quality checks and reporting to the quality assurance team.
• Operation of lifting equipment/machinery
