Sales Administrator

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm and Friday 9am – 4:30pm
Reward: £20,000

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a small but friendly team within a growing organisation. You will ideally have previous experience of processing orders and managing customer sales enquiries. You MUST have good administrative skills along with excellent customer service.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience of working in an office environment, demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideally you will have experience of using a Stock management system however this is not essential as training will be provided.  


  • Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Processing customer orders through the system
  • Providing product advice and knowledge to customers
  • Inputting customer contact details onto the system
  • Problem solving any issues with customers orders as promptly as possible
  • Taking design drawings and putting them onto the design software
  • Supporting the Sales Executives with sales enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining the stock management system
  • Liaise with manufacturers about product lead times
  • Any other general administration duties that may be required


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent Customer service
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have pervious administration skills
  • IT literate – MS office packages and CRM/ERP experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and quick learner
  • Team player
