What YOU will be doing:
- Manage general office admin duties
- Respond to any queries thoroughly in a timely manner
- Deal with any outgoing post
- Take incoming phone calls and redirect/take messages to the correct department
- Sort regular incoming post
- Use excel and internal systems to enter data
- Undertake ad-hoc duties
- Provide any other administrative support to other departments when required
- Must have some experience working in an office environment
- Strong IT skills – Excel, Word etc.
- Good organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Willing to go above and beyond
