We are looking for an administrator to join our clients finance team to assist with general administrative duties. This role will be to work on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months, however this could be extended in the future.


  • Opening post and emails
  • Updating system with addresses onto the system
  • Filing
  • Answering the phone and directing queries
  • General administration duties

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Driving licence is essential due to the location of this role
  • Organised approach to work
  • Previous office support experience required
