Meet Rachel Housden – Specialist Commercial Consultant for Busy Bee Recruitment…

I specialises across a broad range of commercial industries covering; Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Property.

I have 3 years’ successful experience in both recruiting and placing commercial candidates across Customer Service and Administration sectors. I also have experience in providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

I originally came from a retail background but I am certainly an expert in the industries that I recruits for which gives me the edge against competitors!

I relish in developing long term client and candidate relationships, to achieve high quality service levels. I adopt a hands-on approach at all times and maintain the customer experience within the recruitment and human resources industry. I am constantly looking to identify newer, more efficient methods and opportunities to better the direction of the company.

My longstanding client and customer facing role allows me to look at the functionality of the company on a wider scale which helps me make smart decisions from a business strategy perspective while encouraging a driven environment for day-to-day operations.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and I have spent some of my younger years travelling the world.
