World Health Day is a global health awareness day which is celebrate every year on 7th April. Each year is focused on health issues that happened throughout the year. This year we are focusing on our health care professionals and the NHS and the impact that they have on the world. Due to the recent climate we want to celebrate these amazing professionals and want to thank them for their hard work and commitment during this difficult time.

Stress Awareness Month is held every April and has been since 1992. It is a month to increase awareness about both the causes and cures for stress in and outside the workplace. According to the Mental Health Foundation 74% of UK adults have felt stressed at some point and have felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.
