Internal Promotions within the Technical Division!

Here at Busy Bee Recruitment our Technical & Engineering division is thriving! We are pleased to announce the following promotions within the team:
We are proud to announce that our Junior Consultant Oliver has been promoted to Recruitment Consultant. Having worked for us for 9 months Oliver has not only rapidly grown the temporary desk but has shown devotion and commitment to reach his personal targets, always striving for more.
Oliver oversees temporary vacancies across Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG and Agriculture on a temporary basis and from the offset has been passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Oliver has demonstrated his ability to be friendly but professional whilst being able to gain a full understanding of both clients and candidates' requirements. He is in constant contact with his candidates and this approach has made him, and his desk, incredibly successful.
Alongside Oliver’s recent promotion the temporary division has grown, welcoming an additional Associate Consultant Jake Fenn, to work alongside Oliver. As a company we are highly confident that both will reach new highs, achieving both individual and team goals with the growth this department within the company.
We are also delighted to announce the promotion of Courtney Fidler from Client Relationship Manager, moving to Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering Division. Courtney is a specialist in this field and has worked her way up to this role, gaining valuable experience with Engineering clients and candidates across the region, priding herself on her ability to build and maintain long term relationships.
Courtney is passionate about the work she does, a credit to our business continually striving for more – a real life version of “Continuous Improvement!”
Courtney manages vacancies across Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering and Supply Chain and enjoys helping clients with not only recruitment, but interview techniques, benchmarking and helping clients define specifications for newly created roles.
Cherelle Theobald
In addition to these promotions, we are also elated to announce that Cherelle has been promoted from Associate Recruitment Consultant to Consultant. Cherelle has worked for us since March this year and came to the company with two years of recruitment experience. Cherelle has impressed the company with her ability to speak to candidates on a personable level and is willing to go above and beyond for her candidates and clients to provide the most professional recruitment service.
Cherelle oversees the permanent vacancies in the busy Manufacturing and Industrial Sector within Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. She provides a friendly voice over the phone maintaining long term relationships with our clients and we are pleased with her growth within the company.
With these three internal promotions our Technical & Engineering Division is now a team of four, made up of; Cherelle Theobald, Courtney Fidler, Jake Fenn and Oliver Habergham. Each consultant specializes in their own area in the division ensuring all sectors and requirements are met for both our candidates and clients alike.
