- What is your favourite thing about your career? Owning my own business when I was 30 a goal I have had since I was 16.

- If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? USA Chicken (haha)
- What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee? Alan Sugar
- What is your proudest accomplishment? Making it through 4 rounds of IVF spanning 7 years to have my daughter Ruby.
- What is your favourite family tradition? Christmas Eve drinks at the pub!
- What was your first job? Homebase - Customer Service Assistant
