Seeking a Sales Coordinator – Waterbeach

We are looking for candidates who have exceptional attention to detail skills alongside a passion for delivering customer service. This role will be to work in a fast paced sales office environment and will be to support the Sales Manager whilst looking after key customers. To be suitable for this role you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable to liaise with both internal and external customers. You should also have some experience of processing sales orders alongside working to deadlines. Use of a CRM would be a distinct advantage for this role.

Start: ASAP
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £18,500
Hours: 8.15am – 17.00pm Monday – Thursday, 8.15am – 13.15pm Friday
Duration: Temporary – Permanent

Duties will include:

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Processing of Sales orders in a timely manner onto the company I.T. system
  • Processing of re-scheduling in a timely manner as required by customers
  • Dealing with email and calls from customers
  • Processing Sales quotes under the direction of the Sales Manager
  • Use and update the company CRM system with customer order and contact details
  • Dealing with customer issues and resolving in line with company policy
  • Informing customers of delays in their orders
  • After sales support to all customers
  • Assist the Marketing department as required
  • Assist the Business Development Management team as required
  • Any other duties that may arise from time to time

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters
  • Organised, Motivated and have a proactive approach.
