Seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator – Outskirts of Cambridge 

Our client based on the outskirts of Cambridge, are seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to join a friendly team to help coordinate the engineers and provide support to the customers.

Start: ASAP
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 9am – 17.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000

To be suitable for this position you will ideally have experience within a similar role where you have scheduled appointments and gained excellent time management and organisational skills.

Duties will include:

  • Responsible to oversee and manage the delivery of products to customers, providing effective communication and customer service
  • Ordering services with the company’s providers
  • Managing customer updates and responses via phone and email
  • Diary management – scheduling appointments for engineers to complete services for customers
  • Ensuring engineers have the correct skill set and equipment in order to carry out the service for the customer
  • Ensuring equipment is ordered in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all installations are completed successfully and in the allocated time frame 

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • At least 6 months experience within customer service, ideally within a commercial fast paced environment
  • Excellent Administrative skills is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong and professional telephone manner
  • Strong coordination and planning skills
  • Excellent listening skills with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems
  • Ability to stay calm during high pressured periods
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent time management skills
