£9.50 per hour

Seeking a Office Support Administrator – Outskirts of Ely

We are working on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Ely who are looking for an Office Support Administrator due to the growth of the business. This is ideal for candidates who are looking to work in an exciting and fast paced environment.

Start: ASAP
Location: Outskirts of Ely, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £9.50 an hour + holiday pay
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Duration: Temporary for 6 months with a possible extension

Candidates should apply for this role if you have at least 1 year’s administration experience and have previously dealt with sales order processing, invoicing and customer and supplier enquiries. Due to the location of the business you would need to hold a Valid UK Driving Licence and have your own transport. 

Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Data entry of customer quotations
  • Creating and posting invoices
  • Helping HR with payroll
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Putting together professional letters
  • Maintaining the database system with customer and supplier records
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Skills and Experience:

  • Good IT skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience
  • Thorough and good attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Reliable and trustworthy
