Seeking a Office Assistant / Receptionist – Isleham

We are seeking candidates who have some basic administrative skills or those who have maybe worked on a reception looking for a Monday – Friday position! If you have an excellent telephone manner and working knowledge of Word and Excel, then this role could be of interest to you! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing company as an office assistant / receptionist. We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates with an eagerness to learn and develop within the position.

Start: ASAP
Location: Isleham, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 8.30am – 17.30pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £15,000 – £16,000
Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension, free parking, Christmas party

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting any visitors, providing a professional image for the company
  • Collect refreshments for any visitors
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Answering all incoming calls and dealing with all enquiries supporting the sales and accounts
  • Signing for any deliveries and allocating to the correct department/employee
  • Using our in-house CRM, ConnectWise Log any faults that are reported
  • Updating clients with fault updates/fixes during the day
  • Creating order packs for customers
  • Creating project management documents
  • Generally assisting the existing members of the admin team
  • Scanning and filing documents 

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Capable of using Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Able to work within a close-knit team
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Being able to interact with several departments
