Kayleigh Bysouth CertRP MREC

Founder and Director

Kayleigh founded Busy Bee Recruitment Ltd in 2017 although her recruitment career started much earlier. Back in 2012, Kayleigh joined the industry as a Trainee Consultant and quickly gained her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Now, holding over 10 years’ experience recruiting across Engineering, Commercial and Technical positions Kayleigh is now a corporate member of the Institute in Recruitment Practice (MIRP) and takes more of a supportive role within the business helping to train and guide her team through their own successes. One of Kayleigh’s more notable achievements recently has been the accolade of winning Business Person of the Year at the Ely Business Awards 2019.

Rachel Housden CertRP MIRP

HR, L&D and Recruitment Associate

Rachel is our longest-standing member of staff having joined the organisation as a Recruitment Consultant, working up to Senior Recruiter and now in her dream job of supporting the business with HR and Learning and Development. A key member of staff who oversees our onboarding process whilst supporting new starters through their first 6 months of employment, already holding her Certificate in Recruitment Practice Rachel is now part way through her CIPD studies in the quest to become a qualified HR professional and part of the Senior Management team in the future.

Zachary Leonard

Business Support Manager

Zachary joins our team as a Business Support Manager, a newly role created within the business to implement and execute internal processes, ensuring our recruitment services are as streamlined as possible. With 7 years of recruitment experience across a mix of disciplines he understands what is key to make each vertical succeed. Zachary will be the go-to person for every member of our team across the business, as such he will be an important cog in our ever-growing wheel!

Managing Consultant

Marsha- is our Managing Consultant working within the Commercial division and joins the team with over 8 years of recruitment experience and exposure to working for large corporates and SME’s. Marsha oversees the commercial team with performance management whilst also operating her own desk with a personal client and candidate base. Marsha is recognised as a “future leader” and was previously chosen to attend high-intensity recruitment training programmes. With her genuine passion for recruitment and consistent overachieving track record, we know you will be in safe hands!

Fausta Linkeviciute

Principal Recruitment Consultant

Fausta joined The Hive in 2019 and has progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Senior and now Principal Consultant. Fausta played a key part in the growth of our temporary division and now the Commercial Division covering office support vacancies including Finance, Marketing, HR and Administrative vacancies on a permanent basis. Fausta thrives under pressure and enjoys being the saviour to many of our clients and candidates in their time of need, well decorated with testimonials Fausta holds our most loyal candidate and client base in the business.

Courtney is our Executive Recruitment Consultant working within the Technical & Engineering Division. Courtney has over 5 years of recruitment experience and is an enthusiastic recruiter who likes going the extra mile for her candidates, with a passion for working on technical vacancies Courtney is a specialist in her field and has worked her way up in the industry from Client Development Manager to Senior Consultant and now Executive Consultant. Courtney understands the importance of nurturing good relationships with her clients and candidates and has a reputation within the Engineering field that is to be rivalled.

Bethany Chivers

Accounts Assistant

Bethany joined the business as our Business Administration Apprentice and has worked hard during her time here to also study her AAT Qualification while furthering her skills and experience in Accountancy. Moving over to our Accounts department Bethany supports the business with invoicing, credit control, forecasting and budgeting. Bethany works with the highest levels of accuracy and is also the main point of contact for our temporary worker payroll on a weekly basis.

Oliver has 2 years experience in recruiting professionals across a broad range of industries including Industrial, Manufacturing, Drivers, Warehouse and anything in between! Prior to recruitment, Oliver came from a strong sales and customer service background and offers a motivating approach to his work, he thrives under pressure and is able to find quick solutions to urgent requirements! Having joined us in 2021 straight from College Hannah has worked her socks off! Keen to progress her career in recruitment Hannah is recently promoted to Candidate Manager and in a bid to look after our candidates in the very best way Hannah will be focusing on delivering the very best customer service, focusing on candidate registrations both face to face and via video. Hannah’s focus will be on ensuring that you, the candidate, gets updated at every stage of the process whilst working hard to find you your dream job!

Office Administrator

Sian is our first hire of 2022 and joins the team as our Office Administrator providing valuable administrative support to all consultants, and acting as the backbone of our organisation. Sian strives always to provide a high level of customer service and will be one of the first friendly voices you hear when you contact our head office. We wouldn’t be able to live without her! A committed, friendly, and professional addition to the team.

Peggy Housden

Office Pup

Peggy is our youngest recruit having joined The Hive at just 8 weeks old. Peggy is always on hand to offer a warm welcome to our visitors, Peggy can often be found enjoying cuddles with the team or sleeping in her bed dreaming of whats for dinner! Peggy has aspiration in the future of beomcing Chief Pet which is something we will as a team fully support her to become.
