What we are looking for:

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment with concrete and steel.
• Experience in quality control.
• Experience reading, analysing, and interpreting drawings, specifications, international standards, and production schedules.
• Experience with quality audits.
• Good planning, problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Ensure that all products achieve the quality standards required.
• Communicating quality issues, product damage and processes to ensure production runs efficiently and advise any production delays that occur.
• Identify quality issues pre and postproduction and rectify issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure raw materials meet standards prior to being used.
• Support production team leader with training.
• Undertaking cube and slump testing as well as other random quality control checks.
• Document and reporting of product quality whilst keeping accurate records.
• Supporting with internal and external audits.
