Back in July 2022, the women and equalities Committee of the House of Commons published a report that highlighted how the current law did not protect working women with menopausal issues, with many experienced and talented women at the peak of their careers having to leave their employment this impacting on the UK economy. As a result they made a number of recommendations to support working women with menopausal issues.

Jasmine joins the team as Recruitment Resourcer within our St. Neots office for our sister brand Busy Bee Care and Education! Jasmine will work closely with seasoned Consultant, Maya Warner, to focus on candidate management across the Healthcare, Social Care and Education sectors liaising with potential candidates from start to finish of the recruitment process. Rise in National Minimum and Living Rates - April 2023
The UK government has announced a 92 pence increase in the National Living Wage to £10.42 from 1 April 2023. This is the largest ever cash increase in the NLW and will benefit around 2.5 million workers

Since September 2020, the number of vacancies in health and social care have increased across the UK, this means that there are more vacant jobs and less carers to fill these vacancies.
