Mark joined the business in October 2017, our very first employee, coming from a background of working within production. Therefore, he was eager to recruit people in this industry. Fausta joined us to manage our thriving temporary recruitment division. With 18 months experience in managing up to 300 temps at any one time, working with Enterprise organisations such as Amazon, DHL and Hermes. Zach Faulkner – Recruitment Consultant (Commercial Division)
Zach joined the company in 2019 after taking time out to recover from cancer treatment. A survivor Zach brings to the team a wealth of experience across recruitment in the Sales and Marketing sectors. Having worked with a broad range of companies across various industries Zach will be a welcome addition to our Commercial Division. Emily Fuller – Marketing Executive
Emily joined the company in July 2018 and is the backbone to our business. Having worked in recruitment for 4 years previously, Emily runs our temporary payroll each week. Alongside this, Emily provides support to our consultants on a daily basis with interview confirmations, formatting of CVs and sourcing. Bethany Chivers – Business Administration Apprentice
Bethany is our newest recruit to the team and has joined the business to train alongside Emily Fuller, joining in May 2019 Bethany will be studying her Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration at Cambridge Regional College. Overtime Bethany will undertake tasks supporting the 6 consultants alongside assisting with payroll on a weekly basis and providing customer service to our candidates when they come to register. Courtney Fidler – Client Relationship Manager
Courtney is our newest recruit to the team and joins us in a newly created role! The purpose of Courtney’s position will be to provide support to both our existing client base and to introduce new prospects to the company. Having worked her way up through the ranks in the recruitment industry from Administrator to Consultant and now her new position Courtney understands the importance of nurturing good relationships. Peggy Housden – Office Pet
Peggy joined us at just 8 weeks old the most junior member of our team! Peggy is always around to offer a friendly welcome to our visitors, she is great for the teams health and well being and can often be found giving affection to the staff. A much loved member of The Hive she is more often than not found snoozing and dreaming about whats for dinner!
